Our Alpaca Finesse knitting yarn comes from the Andes of Peru. Alpacas (lama pacos) are one of the most beautiful South American camelids. Related to Llamas, Guanacos and Vicuñas, Alpaca has been appreciated for its fibers since pre-Inca times due to the properties and quality of its hair.
