Masks
Our masks are shipped to Canada and the United States only, using one of the following three options

1. Expedited Parcel Canada Post with tracking number (1 to 7 days). The rate is calculated at checkout and varies according to destination and weight.

2. Regular mail Canada Post (2-16 days). This option is free but is not guaranteed and without tracking number. At buyer's complete risk.

3. Recover at the workshop. You can pick up your order at our workshop located in Rosemont, Montreal. The address is 5550 Fullum, suite 526.

All parcels to Canada are shipped by Post Canada or one of the following services:

FREE - for orders of $200 and more (before taxes)

Rates for international shipping vary depending on the destination.
It is necessary to allow 1 to 2 weeks for international delivery, since the time varies depending on the time of customs clearance. Items shipped via UPS Standard usually arrive within a few days, but this cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number for UPS or Canada Post.

If you are experiencing difficulties when completing your order, it may be a problem with our shipping service provider. If this is the case, write to us and we will gladly find a solution.
